WNK1 a serine/threonine kinase which plays an important role in the regulation of electrolyte homeostasis, cell signaling, survival, and proliferation. Acts as an activator and inhibitor of sodium-coupled chloride cotransporters and potassium-coupled chloride cotransporters respectively.

DPPA2  is a SAP domain protein expressed only in pluripotent cells and the developing germ line. DPPA2 binds to target gene promoters, including NKX2-5 and SYCE1, but not GATA4, and may be involved in the maintenance of the active epigenetic status of these genes.

Applications ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
Anti-BCL2-Associated Athanogene 3 (BAG3) [V65P1E8*D2] is specific for human BAG3.  BAG3 is involved in chaperone-assisted selective autophagy. Inhibits the chaperone activity of HSP70/HSC70 by promoting substrate release. Has anti-apoptotic activity.

Sorting nexins (SNXs) are 400-700 amino acid hydrophilic proteins that are characterized by the presence of a phospholipid-binding domain, PX domain. They are a diverse group of cellular trafficking proteins. Mammalian SNXs are thought to be important for the sorting of proteins in the endosomal pathway. SNX27 is one of the 34 mammalian SNXs identified. More investigation have to be done to study the cellular function and regulation of SNX27.

Applications: FACS Fn WB
Reactivity: Virus
PMIDs: 25019613, 16378996
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) genome encodes for four structural proteins, namely nucleocaspid (N), spike (S), membrane (M) and envelope (E). The S protein, which forms morphologically characteristic projections on the virion surface, is responsible for binding to cellular receptor and mediating the fusion between viral and cellular membranes. Both of these processes are critical for virus entry into host cells. The SΔ10 is a fragment containing residues 1029 to 1129 of the S protein, which is a domain that is crucial for the fusion process.
