Applications: ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity: Salmon and Rainbow Trout
The IL21 receptor is expressed in cells lymphoid-lineage and regulates the proliferation and differentiation of T and B lymphocytes. IL21 also promotes the development of Th17 and Tfh cells, modulates the cytotoxic activity and survival of NK and CD8+ T cells, and suppresses the maturation of dendritic cells.

Applications: ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity: Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae
The Myxozoan parasite Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae of salmonid fishes causes proliferative kidney disease (PKD), a serious parasitic disease of salmonid populations in Europe and North America. Anti-PKD Peroxiredoxin [V71] is species-specific and detects the extrasporogonic stage of the parasite.

A hydrophobic transmembrane domain with a cytoplasmic tail anchors CEACAM1 to the cell membrane. CEACAM1 is known as an epithelial tumour suppressor and an angiogenic growth factor.

Applications: ELISA IHC IP DB
Reactivity: Human
PMIDs:1703029
Antibody CP9/19 recognises only the intra-strand cross-links formed by cisplatin between adjacent purines. This antibody enables the quantification of cisplatin-induced adducts on DNA.

Applications:ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity:Salmon and Brown Trout
IFN-γ and IFN-γrel have recently been shown to play a role in protecting particular species of fish against infection by pathogens such as infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV) and salmonid alphavirus 3 (SAV3). VAB4P2B4*E8 can be used to study IFN-γrel in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) and Brown trout (Salmo trutta).

Applications ELISA IP
Reactivity: Mycobacterium bovis
PMID: 23469275, 22322353
Bovine tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium bovis continues to be a significant animal health issue in some countries, including the United Kingdom and Ireland. Anti-Mycobacterium bovis [11G3] has been demonstrated to work by ELISA and for immunocapture.

Applications: IF IP WB
Reactivity: Human and Mouse
PMIDs: 27922008, 22454524, 10207152, 8846022, 8207062
Acts as a substrate for VE-PTP and is required by it to stimulate VE-cadherin function in endothelial cells. Can replace beta-catenin in E-cadherin/catenin adhesion complexes which are proposed to couple cadherins to the actin cytoskeleton.

Applications: ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
This protein is involved in the elongation of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids functioning as a condensing enzyme that acts specifically toward polyunsaturated acyl-CoA with the higher activity toward C18:3(n-6) acyl-CoA.

 icon-01_Antibodies.jpg
Applications: ELISA IP WB
Reactivity: Virus
PMID: 3033140
The human papilloma virus (HPV) family of DNA tumor viruses includes HPV-16 and HPV-18, which are associated with a large proportion of cervical cancer cases. HPV early proteins E6 and E7 are the major viral oncoproteins that regulate cell proliferation through the inactivation of p53 and Rb1 tumour suppressor proteins respectively.

Applications: IHC IF IP WB
Reactivity: Virus
PMID: 15790713, 15194802, 15016869
SV40 is a simian oncogenic polyoma virus. The SV40 large T antigen is an early protein that interacts with the p53 and Rb tumour suppressor proteins.

CD45 (leucocyte common antigen) is a receptor-linked protein tyrosine phosphatase that is expressed on all leucocytes, and plays a crucial role in the function of these cells.

Applications: ELISA FACS IHC IP WB
Reactivity: Human
PMIDs: 7940692, 8218632, 2164902, 9746762, 9536093
CEACAM5/8 are glycoproteins involved in cell adhesion and intracellular signalling. They are normally produced during fetal development in the gut, and their production stops before birth. CEA is re-expressed in increased amounts in Intestinal Carcinomas and several other tumors.

Applications: ELISA FACS IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
PMIDs: 24743304, 24040308, 23941132
CEACAM6 is a glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol (GPI) linked glycoprotein. CEACAM6 expression is upregulated in many adenocarcinomas and leukemias. CEACAM6 is expressed in epithelial cells of the fetal and adult gastrointestinal tract, epithelia of glandular tissues, squamous epithelial cell of the tongue, esophagus and cervix as well as on granulocytes.

CEACAM8 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein also known as CD67, CGM6, and NCA-95. CEACAM8 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)-like subfamily. CEACAM8, expressed on granulocytes, has been reported to induce activation in neutrophils and to be involved in heterophilic adhesion with CEACAM6.
